However, I am so disappointed that I felt like I needed to share my experience. First, I love this game, and I play it as an escape and for enjoyment. But, if you’re playing it for an escape or for enjoyment, you obviously want to have a positive experience. You don’t want to be frustrated with bugs and receive no response from support services in response to three inquiries over approximately a two week period of time.
